Jadon Sancho has stated he does not understand what the future holds but wants to acquire names with Borussia Dortmund.
The 19-year-old has been connected with a plethora of European clubs following two seasons at Dortmund, where he has scored 17 goals in 62 appearances in addition to Manchester United.
Sancho, that won a penalty that was overlooked by Marco Reus in Tuesday’s 0-0 Champions League draw Barcelona, was asked about his future after the game in the Signal Iduna Park.
“I can not tell the future and I always take it game by game,” Sancho informed Viasport. “I only need to give 100 per cent for Borussia Dortmund.
“I really wish to do well with Borussia Dortmund. Obviously I want to win titles and provide everything.”
The teenager, who scored two goals throughout their 5-3 triumph over Kosovo within two moments for England, agreed a contract extension until 2022, in Dortmund.
Sancho arrived in Dortmund in 2017 at a 7m move.
“It is mad, everything has arrived so fast,” he said.
“But I’ve got a terrific team and they help keep me humbled. I only take it game by game and hopefully give 100 per cent.”
The representative of the England international flew with United officials throughout the summer transfer window, based on the sporting director Michael Zorc of Borussia Dortmund.
“A hot topic at this time is Sancho and Manchester United,” Zorc said in the Amazon Prime documentary’Interior Borussia Dortmund’ that reviews the 2018/19 year old.
“Both his discussions with the mine and club together with the representative, a meeting did take place. Manchester United invited the agent.
“According to what I understand, the broker told the club that no matter how much money they provide, we will not let him move this summer.
“The player also does not have any intention of taking this step summer [2019].”
